Job summary

Cryomed Aesthetics in Auckland, NZ, is expanding its field-based sales team. You will drive growth across the territory for aesthetic clinics and practitioners, achieving and exceeding targets while building trusted relationships.

Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Education to support treatment adoption, manage budgets, and report on performance. The role suits a proactive sales professional with a track record in skincare or medical devices, seeking growth and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in skincare or medical devices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing a geographic territory and developing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across the assigned territory with clear accountability for performance.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new accounts such as aesthetic clinics and practitioners.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive growth.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships through consultative selling.
• Plan and deliver structured daily sales activity with healthcare professionals and staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Education to support treatment adoption and growth.
