Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a remote client-obsessed travel concierge who can translate client dreams into seamless journeys. You’ll connect with clients to understand their needs, then book trips via email, chat, and phone with enthusiasm and accuracy.

You’ll resolve issues quickly, spot trends in feedback to refine services, and nurture post-booking relationships. This role offers fully remote work, comprehensive onboarding, and a collaborative team focused on growth and great earnings.

Qualifications

• Travel industry savvy (preferred, not required — zero experience also welcome)
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with technology and AI tools (we'll train you on the rest)
