Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a client-focused travel coordinator to design and book personalised journeys for clients across the globe. This fully remote role embraces flexibility and a supportive team environment.

You will connect with clients, understand their travel needs, and leverage AI-assisted tools to deliver accurate itineraries and timely responses, while building lasting relationships before, during, and after trips. Prior travel-industry experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Travel industry savvy preferred; zero experience welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and AI tools (training provided).
• Passion for travel, adventure, and curiosity about the world.
