Job summary

Macpac is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Queenstown to lead a hands-on team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive KPIs under the Store Manager's mentorship. You’ll foster a high-performing environment and model best practices on the shop floor.

You will supervise daily operations, train staff, manage stock and merchandising, champion health and safety, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping experience for locals and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisor experience in retail.
• Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve results.
• Experience in training, floor sales, and stock management.
