Job summary

Working with the Education and Marketing division, you will partner with employers and governance stakeholders to implement initiatives, reduce risk, and ensure processes remain

Qualifications

• At least five years leading diverse teams with results.
• Experience in business process improvement and project management.
• Experience with enrolment and admissions in a professional body.
• Knowledge of accounting profession and education frameworks in AU/NZ.
• Strong stakeholder management and ethical judgement.
• Salesforce experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrolment and admissions operations to deliver high-quality service and SLA.
• Build a high-performing culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.
• Drive process automation and technology solutions.
• Lead teams through change and support strategic projects across Education and Marketing.
• Manage resources and cost centre while identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Ensure admissions and enrolment processes meet governance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with key employers and stakeholders across CA ANZ.
• Oversee data quality, SOPs, and governance activities.
