Job summary

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Sustainability Centre. This hands-on role leads day-to-day operations, builds cross-functional alignment and translates strategy into actionable plans for campaigns, launches, partnerships and events.

Based in Wellington or Sydney, the role requires strong stakeholder management, structured delivery and a track record turning ideas into market-facing activity with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations or program/project delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate integrated campaigns, events and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk, and deadline management.
• Experience establishing workflows, governance and reporting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Sustainability Centre’s priorities and campaigns.
• Develop delivery plans, launch schedules and implementation roadmaps.
• Plan go-to-market activity and integrated campaigns to build awareness and participation.
• Manage budgets, briefs, approvals and performance reporting.
• Coordinate partnerships and partner-led initiatives to deliver outcomes.
• Oversee events and engagement activities from planning to evaluation.
• Establish governance and ways of working across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide insights and drive improvement.
