We're looking for an Administrator to join our Medical Management Unit (MMU) at Whanganui Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, friendly, and supportive team that plays a vital role in supporting our senior doctors, registrars, house officers, and trainee interns.
No two days are the same in this role. You'll be involved in everything from coordinating orientation programmes and supporting recruitment processes, to managing compliance records, arranging accommodation, processing reimbursements, organising education sessions, and helping ensure our medical workforce has the support they need to deliver excellent patient care.
The Medical Management Unit (MMU) is a small, dedicated team providing administrative and operational support to Whanganui hospital's medical workforce. Working closely with senior medical officers, registrars, house officers, trainee interns, and clinical leaders, the team plays a key role in ensuring our medical staff are supported throughout their employment journey, from recruitment and orientation through to ongoing professional development and workforce administration.
