Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes in Rotorua is seeking an Administrator/Typist for the PRIMHIS CMHAS team. The role provides reception and administrative support to clinicians, enabling service continuity in a busy community mental health setting. 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with school-hours alignment.
The successful candidate will have strong MS Office skills, data entry and typing proficiency, and excellent time management to prioritise tasks in a team environment.
We have a permanent position available in our Admin team at Rotorua Lakes Community Mental Health & Addictions Service (CMHAS) providing administration support across the service.
This role will be primarily located within our PRIMHIS team which provides brief talking therapies to people aged 15 upwards.

The Mental Health Administrators support the community clinicians who provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing moderate to severe mental illness and/or significant addiction problems.
We are looking for a motivated individual to provide high quality reception, administrative and clinical typing support in the PRIMHIS, CMHAS team based in Rotorua.
This is an ideal position for someone who is seeking to work school hours, 4 hours per day Monday to Friday.
The role requires flexibility, ability to work under pressure of deadlines, maintaining quality outputs with minimal supervision.
This position will also require the ability to multitask, have methodical work practices and a high level of accuracy.
