Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora Lakes in Rotorua is seeking a permanent part-time Mental Health Administration role (20 hrs/week) in the CMHAS/PRIMHIS team. You will provide essential reception, administrative and clinical typing support, working Monday to Friday and aligning to the service needs.
The role requires accuracy, the ability to multitask, and collaborative teamwork with clinicians to ensure continuity of care. A calm, efficient approach and proficiency with MS Office are essential.
We have a permanent position available in our Admin team at Rotorua Lakes Community Mental Health & Addictions Service (CMHAS) providing administration support across the service. This role will be primarily located within our PRIMHIS team which provides brief talking therapies to people aged 15 upwards.

The Mental Health Administrators support the community clinicians who provide comprehensive care to patients experiencing moderate to severe mental illness and/or significant addiction problems. We are looking for a motivated individual to provide high quality reception, administrative and clinical typing support in the PRIMHIS, CMHAS team based in Rotorua. This is an ideal position for someone who is seeking to work school hours, 4 hours per day Monday to Friday.
The role requires flexibility, ability to work under pressure of deadlines, maintaining quality outputs with minimal supervision. This position will also require the ability to multitask, have methodical work practices and a high level of accuracy.
