Tribe Group is seeking an Administrator in Auckland for a temporary role until 30 June 2027. The position is based in Grey Lynn with hybrid working available once up to speed, offering a dynamic environment supporting administration, finance, fleet and safety functions.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, coordinate scheduling and documentation, manage records, assist with onboarding, payroll, procurement and asset maintenance, and help ensure efficient, compliant

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support across finance, fleet, and health & safety.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, meetings, correspondence, reports and document management.
  • Manage office supplies, records and filing systems.
  • Assist with onboarding, inductions, and recruitment administration.
  • Process and maintain financial documents and systems; support purchasing.
  • Provide payroll support and coordinate fleet administration.
  • Coordinate building repairs, maintenance, and workplace assets.
  • Support health, safety, and security processes; promote safe work practices.
  • Monitor procedures and identify efficiency improvements.
