Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a friendly and organized casual Receptionist/Administrative Support to join the Outpatients and Perioperative teams. You will help deliver efficient front-desk service and support across planned services in a hospital setting.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong communication, excellent keyboard skills, and the ability to prioritise in a busy workload with minimal supervision.

We are looking for an energetic and customer focused person to join our small team in providing efficient reception and administration support to our Outpatients/Perioperative departments. In this role, you will find yourself working in a collaborative and supportive team who are a key part in providing an outstanding service to the wider hospital.
This is a Casual position working across Monday - Friday, with the requirement to work some Saturday mornings as and when required.

You will be able to communicate effectively with others, have good organisation skills, the ability to prioritize work and manage a busy workload and to use your initiative and work unsupervised. You will also need to have excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of computer packages.
