Robert Half Finance & Accounting is seeking a sole-charge Accounts Payable professional in New Zealand. The role handles high-volume invoice processing and ERP-driven workflows, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will manage manual and automated invoices, match them to POs, and handle payments including month-end and foreign currency transactions. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High-volume AP processing
• ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle)
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Process improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Manual and automated invoice processing and coding accurately
• High volume invoices (1,500+ per monthly)
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and payments
• Processing of smaller weekly payments, and payments on the 20th of the month and month end
• Foreign currency payments (USD, AUD, GBP, EUR)
