Job summary

Tiaki Wai in Petone, New Zealand is seeking a fast learner to support internal administrators and people leaders with finance processing services and financial reporting. This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers a midpoint remuneration of NZ$74,026 (KiwiSaver included) and depends on skills and experience.

You will handle timely invoice payments, manage open purchase orders in TechOne, train staff, support Capex payments, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated accounts payable experience.
• Experience working in large financial information systems; TechOne desirable.
• Knowledge in finance and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely payments of invoices.
• Manage and audit open purchase orders in TechOne.
• Support internal staff, including knowledge-based training sessions.
• Support the payment processes for Capex programme (BCTIs).
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
