Job summary

Contour Roofing, part of the Stratco Group, invites applications for an accounts payable/finance administrator based in Nelson, New Zealand. You will join a collaborative finance team and handle supplier invoices, reimbursements, subcontractor payments and payroll administration.

You will ensure accurate processing, payment runs, supplier reconciliation and assist with month-end activities while supporting multiple business units across roofing and outdoor products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in AP, finance administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with MYOB or similar ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
• Prepare and manage supplier payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and AP balances.
