Qualifikationen

• Evidence of successful tertiary-level teaching in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• A developing research profile, including scholarly publications and a clear research agenda.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience, or a willingness to develop expertise, in supervising student research at Honours and/or Master's level.
• Commitment to innovation and the use of technology to enhance teaching and research.
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, or equivalent) and knowledge of New Zealand's agribusiness environment would be advantageous.

• Supervising Honours, Master's and PhD research students.
• Developing and progressing a high-quality research programme and publication record.
