Lincoln University in New Zealand is seeking an academic to teach, research and supervise in accounting and finance, primarily at the Te Waihora campus. The role combines teaching, research, and service contributions across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including BCom and CPA pathways.

The successful candidate will supervise Honours, Master’s and PhD students, develop an innovative research program and maintain a strong publication record while updating course content to stay

Qualifications

• Evidence of successful tertiary-level teaching in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to innovation and the use of technology to enhance teaching and research.
• Ability to supervise student research at Honours/Master's level.

Responsabilités

• Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in accounting and finance.
• Supervising Honours, Master's and PhD research students.
• Developing and progressing a high-quality research programme and publication record.
• Designing and updating course content to ensure it remains current and industry relevant.
• Contributing to learning, teaching and assessment innovation using new technologies.
• Building relationships with industry, professional bodies and the wider community.
