Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare access services preferred.
• 1 year - Management, 4 years - Coordinator in a related field, 6 years - Registration or Patient Accounts with related roles.
• Experience ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, registration, cashier, and medical records.
• Develop policies to maximize resources and patient access.
• Collaborate with Patient Accounts, Billing, Medical Records, and Coding.
• Prepare management information and set department goals.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and accrediting bodies.
