Zusammenfassung

The Ministry of Justice in New Zealand is recruiting for a 24/7 front-line contact role to support the Coroners Court. You will answer inbound enquiries, identify caller needs, and route responses using your knowledge and experience.

You will also manage administrative tasks for matters notified to the Coroner, liaise with the Coroner and external parties, and contribute to a capable, compassionate service with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work across a 24/7 roster.
• NCEA Level 2 or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and information handling, with discretion.

• Provide accurate responses and appropriate actions based on knowledge and experience.
• Handle administrative tasks related to matters notified to the Coroner.
• Act as a link between the Coroner and other relevant parties using file management systems.
