Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. invites school leavers aged 17–20 to join a 2-year Cadetship Programme in Christchurch, NZ. You will rotate through surfacing, construction, quarries, industries and traffic management, gaining machinery training and earning a Level 2 Certificate in Infrastructure Skills.

You will work with experienced crews, receive ongoing support, and explore multiple career pathways within Fulton Hogan.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, hardworking attitude.
• Reliable and demonstrates integrity.
• Willingness to learn and engage across trades.
• Interest in a future in construction and commitment to the 2-year cadetship.

Responsibilities

• Learn on the job across different parts of Fulton Hogan’s business.
• Build practical skills in construction and infrastructure.
• Take part in machinery training.
• Work safely, reliably, and as part of a team for the full 2-year cadetship.
