Job summary

Tauranga Intermediate is seeking two Scale A teachers to join our kura tuatahi for term 1, 2027. This fixed-term role runs from 29 January 2027 to 15 December 2027 and suits beginning teachers who are resilient, eager to learn and thrive in a fast-moving school.

Strong candidates will bring English, Health and Physical Education, Mathematics and Statistics teaching capabilities, a commitment to high-quality learning, and a collaborative approach within a supportive staff culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified primary/intermediate teacher with NZ certification.
• Ability to teach English, Health and Physical Education, Mathematics and Statistics.
• Beginner teachers welcome; resilient and eager to learn.

We are seeking 2 highly motivated, dynamic, and enthusiastic Scale A teachers to add value to our kura starting in term 1, 2027. Either of these positions would be suitable for a beginning teacher, who is resilient, willing to learn and thrive in a fast moving school.
