Orion Group is seeking an experienced Asset Data Analyst in Christchurch for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will transform asset and as-built data into clear, actionable insights and dashboards, tackling data quality issues and enabling better decisions across the business.

You will work across teams to understand data needs, automate reporting, and explore AI-driven approaches to streamline validation and analysis.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical and data-wrangling skills.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL and/or Python.
• Curious, practical mindset with interest in automation and AI.
• Strong communication skills working across teams.
• Experience with GIS/Maximo or asset-intensive environments would be useful.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards, reporting and analysis; identify data quality issues and opportunities.
• Turn messy data into clear, trustworthy insights and automate reporting.
• Work with teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Support data governance and validation to improve decision making.
