Impactful Outreach Lead (Hybrid, Freelance, PT)
Job summary
An educational outreach organization is seeking a Programme & Project Delivery Lead to coordinate impactful outreach activities for underrepresented young people. The role involves planning inclusive programmes across various educational settings and ensuring compliance with local needs and safeguarding standards. Strong project management skills and experience in education are essential. This freelance position offers hybrid working at 2.5 days per week.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering educational, outreach, or community programmes.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills and ability to work with a variety of audiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inclusive programmes across schools and colleges.
- Collect and analyse data for evaluation.
- Ensure activities meet local needs and are safeguarding-compliant.
