An educational outreach organization is seeking a Programme & Project Delivery Lead to coordinate impactful outreach activities for underrepresented young people. The role involves planning inclusive programmes across various educational settings and ensuring compliance with local needs and safeguarding standards. Strong project management skills and experience in education are essential. This freelance position offers hybrid working at 2.5 days per week.

At Aimhigher London we seek to deliver equity in accessing and succeeding at university. We are looking for a dynamic Programme & Project Delivery Lead to support the coordination and delivery of impactful outreach activities as part of the Uni Connect initiative. This freelance role is perfect for someone who is passionate about improving opportunities for under‑represented young people and thrives in a varied position blending project management, event delivery, and meaningful engagement.
You will plan and deliver high‑quality, inclusive and targeted programmes across schools, colleges, and universities, including SEND CPD and parent webinars. Your work will ensure activities meet local need, are accessible, safeguarding‑compliant, and make a measurable difference to learners.
The role also involves collecting and analysing data in line with Aimhigher’s evaluation framework, and supporting and maintaining Uni Connect reporting. A strong commitment to inclusive practice, especially for SEND and care‑experienced learners, is essential.
