Job summary

Thomas Aase seeks a Process Designer for an immediate start on a 6-month assignment. You will deliver high-quality process drawings (PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs) and ensure compliance with procedures while collaborating with Process and Design teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity across AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, and BricsCAD workflows, and contributing to ongoing digital engineering improvements; 3+ years in oil & gas or industrial projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Process Designer in oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience creating and maintaining process drawings and databases
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.

We are looking for a Process Designer available for immediate start!

The duration of the assignment is set to 6 months.

Tasks/Responsibilites:

• Deliver process drawings with a high level of quality and within agreed schedules.
• Ensure effective collaboration between the Process and Design departments.
• Maintain quality, schedule, and budget objectives for assigned work.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of digital engineering workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, standards, and project requirements.

Knowledge/Skills Required

• Proven experience with P&ID software tools such as AVEVA Diagram, SP P&ID, AutoCAD, and similar applications for the preparation and maintenance of PFDs, P&IDs, UFDs, and related process documentation.
• Strong proficiency in AVEVA Diagram and BricsCAD
• Understanding of engineering data management principles and revision control processes
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with system administrators to resolve them
• Familiarity with project templates, title blocks, standards, and document management workflows
• Understanding of data integration between AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Engineering, and AVEVA E3D
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and drafting practices.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Designer within oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects
• Experience in preparation and maintenance of process drawings and associated databasesExperience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical trade certification (fagbrev) or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
