Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Vendor Master Data Analyst to manage creation, validation, and maintenance of vendor master records, ensuring data quality and fraud protection. You will contribute to governance, supplier onboarding and due diligence, acting as a gatekeeper for master data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and protection against fraud while enabling efficient business operations.
• Manage creation, validation, and maintenance of vendor master records.
• Perform due diligence and verification of supplier information and bank details.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and audit standards.
• Act as a gatekeeper against fraud, duplicate suppliers, and incorrect master data.
• Provide expert advice on master data processes, systems, and policies.
• Drive master data quality improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.
