Job summary

Dovre Solutions is seeking a Vendor Master Data Specialist to govern and improve our global vendor records in Stavanger. You will manage creation, validation, and maintenance of vendor master data and ensure data quality.

The role requires attention to detail, risk awareness, and collaboration across functions. SAP and SAP MDG-BP knowledge is valued, with English and Norwegian language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, and audit standards.
• Act as a gatekeeper against fraud, duplicate suppliers, and incorrect master data.
• Provide expert advice on master data processes, systems, and policies.
• Drive master data quality improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.

Function

• Vendor Master data Maintain and govern company’s global Vendor Master data to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and protection against fraud while enabling efficient business operations.
