Job summary

Schneider Electric Norway in Oslo is seeking a Trade Marketing Partner to support marketing initiatives across its partner distribution network in Norway, coordinating campaigns, planograms, and events to grow channel performance.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and reseller networks, manage marketing investments, analyze sell-out data, and deliver measurable ROI while developing your expertise in trade marketing and channel operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• First similar experience (internship, apprenticeship) required.
• English - C1 level; Norwegian is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize in-store merchandising to enhance visibility at partner distributors.
• Create and execute local marketing campaigns across print, digital, and POS channels.
• Organize mini trade fairs and commercial events with Schneider Electric's reseller network.
• Manage budgets and co-marketing investments with partners.
• Monitor spend and ensure activities deliver measurable business results.
• Analyze sell-out data and campaign performance to identify improvements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations to optimize trade marketing effectiveness.
