Red Bull Norway AS is seeking a motivated candidate to drive the Think Shopper lead category agenda. You will identify market trends in retail and beverages and transform data into clear, actionable insights for the Category and Trade Marketing teams.

You will support best-in-class category management projects, assist with planogram updates and space planning, and help create compelling one-pagers and sell stories for Field Sales, ensuring materials align with brand guidelines.

Qualificações

• Advanced MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Organized, good communication skills & team player
• Passionate for the Red Bull Brand and its products
• Able to simplify the complex, with project management capacities
• Curiosity, creativity and proactivity

Responsabilidades

• Identify and highlight market trends in the retail and beverage world.
• Transform data into clear, actionable insights for the Category and Trade Marketing team.
• Support category management projects in cooperation with our retail customers.
• Assist with planogram updates, space reviews and total space planning initiatives that align with category growth opportunities and execution priorities.
• Assist in the creation of compelling one-pagers and sell stories for Field Sales teams.
• Support the coordination and execution of 360 trade marketing initiatives across key retail partners.
• Ensure materials and tools are aligned with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
