Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Territory Manager Implants to drive growth across Norway. You will manage accounts, develop new business and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons, implantologists and dental teams.

Using in-person visits and digital meetings, you will translate customer insights into action and work cross-functionally to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the dental or related industry.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is advantageous.
• Consultative B2B selling experience is advantageous.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Drive the growth of our implant business across your territory

As Territory Manager Implants, you will play a key role in the growth of Straumann Group's implant business in Norway. You will manage existing accounts, develop new business and build trusted relationships with dentists, surgeons, implantologists, dental practices and their teams.

Combining in-person customer visits with digital meetings, you will translate customer insights into action, use a consultative selling approach and work cross-functionally to achieve sustainable territory growth and quarterly and annual sales targets.

Your Responsibilities

Territory growth and commercial ownership

• Manage the assigned geographic territory to maximize sales revenue and meet country-specific sales objectives.
• Plan and execute a territory activity plan based on the potential of each account.
• Grow existing accounts and identify, target and convert new business with dentists, surgeons and implantologists.
• Use customer insights, data and analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize activity and manage risks.

Customer and clinical engagement

• Build long-term relationships with dental practices, dental labs and Key Opinion Leaders to support future clinical education.
• Educate customers on the Straumann Group portfolio through in-clinic and digital sessions using platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
• Provide excellent in-person attention and support customers in becoming clinically confident with the portfolio.

Sales execution and collaboration

• Support marketing launches and execute new product sales objectives.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times within delegated authority and close sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Participate in regional and national trade shows, sales meetings and training meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Marketing, Customer Services and Field Sales across franchises.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the dental or a related industry.
• Prior sales experience with dentists and dental labs is an advantage.
• Experience and proficiency in consultative B2B selling is an advantage.
• Fluency in the local language and English.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer and business orientation, with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and performance-driven, with strong execution skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a practical can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented, adaptable and committed to high standards of integrity and ethics.
