DYNACAP is seeking a Technology Consultant to design, develop, and tailor Salesforce-enabled solutions for our clients in Oslo. You will collaborate with customers and top management to shape requirements, designs, and integrations while driving digital transformation across commercial operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on solution delivery, cloud integrations, and close teamwork with a dynamic, ambitious staff in a culture of collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and database design.
• Familiarity with customer-facing systems or a strong interest in them.
• Willingness to take internal and customer-facing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to create business requirements and functional designs.
• Design and automate business processes to optimize commercial operations.
• Perform data modeling and database design for scalable solutions.
• Develop commercial solutions for sales, marketing, and service teams.
• Design and implement integrations using cloud technologies.
• Provide best-practice advice from both technical and commercial perspectives to top management.
• Support customers in their digital transformation by designing and implementing tailored solutions.
