Job summary

Cognite is seeking a Tech Lead/Architect for the Supply Chain CoE to own the technical spine of Cognite's Integrated Supply Chain offering. You will model domain data, design AI/agent skills, and drive deterministic graph-based deviation triage and resolution.

You’ll bridge executive value discussions and hands-on data modeling, with a focus on scalable, guard-railed systems. The role requires deep domain knowledge, hands-on Python and TypeScript/React, and experience with Snowflake, Databricks,

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of industrial supply chain planning/execution and links to production, quality, maintenance.
• 5+ years in industrial supply chain and 5+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or delivery for enterprise software.
• Experience designing industrial information/knowledge-graph data models and integrating structured/unstructured enterprise data.
• Hands-on Python and frontend TypeScript/React with strong engineering discipline (ADRs, automated testing, CI/CD).
• Systemic AI/testing mindset with multi-stage evaluation and guardrails, not just prompting.
• Excellent client-facing skills to translate data/AI concepts for engineers to C-level execs.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark/SQL, ERP/MES/WMS/TMS, and agentic AI/LLM workflow design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge-graph data modeling and integration in Cognite's supply chain solutions.
• Shape CoE strategy and deploy high-impact use cases as demos or customer solutions.
• Guide customers on graph/AI/UI stack adoption and deterministic paths for AI agents.
• Own testing frameworks and QA, classifying failures before changing agent logic.
• Support end-to-end architecture reviews and quantify business impact for executives.
• Create reusable demos and accelerators; ensure consistent terminology across models and docs.
