Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Talent Partner for a 3-month temporary role to support hiring outcomes for a specialist tour operator. You will proactively source, screen and engage candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment from briefing to offer.

The role is hybrid with an office in central London; salary up to £20 per hour, working Monday to Friday. Experience in in-house recruitment and full-cycle hiring is essential.

Talent Partner, Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Job boards, referrals and creative search techniques
• Support and manage end-to-end recruitment activity, from role briefing through to offer stage
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Talent Partner, Skills Required

• Inhouse recruitment experience
• Experience in recruitment, with exposure to full-cycle hiring
• Demonstrable experience in proactively souring candidates (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach)
