Job summary

BrightMark GmbH in Svalbard is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. You will reach out to potential clients, present our products, negotiate terms, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

The role offers a starting salary of $1,600 per month and visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional applicants willing to relocate to this unique Arctic location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service or related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections from potential clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking and other sales techniques.
• Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
