Job summary

Active Brands AS seeks a Designer and product developer to create apparel that performs in the field and sells on the shelf. You will own designs from concept to salesman sample, working closely with manufacturers to bring them to life.

Balance creative exploration with detailed, manufacturable execution in a team-led environment. Based in Oslo, you will navigate multiple seasons with a strategic, hands-on focus, contributing to ESG integration and sustainability across our premium sports

Qualifications

• Proven track record of commercial apparel design.
• Direct experience communicating with manufacturers.
• Documented training in garment construction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, innovative and commercial product design and apparel collections.
• Drive design from concept to production-ready sample end-to-end.
• Work directly with manufacturers—communicating specs and refining fit and detail.
• Select materials and construction methods for each product’s use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers as designs progress.
• Deliver strong storytelling presentations with polished execution.
