Job summary

CALM is seeking a dedicated Supporter Led Fundraising role based in London. The role focuses on supporter engagement, stewardship, and growth within a charity environment, offering hybrid working with on-site London Waterloo twice a week and remote work Mon, Tue & Fri.

Salary ranges £30k–£33k per annum, with benefits and a commitment to staff development. Reports to the Supporter Led Fundraising Manager and undertakes collaborative work across CALM to create seamless supporter experiences while

Qualifications

• Understanding of supporter-led fundraising.
• Experience delivering excellent supporter care and building relationships.
• Confident communicating with and supporting bereaved individuals with empathy and good judgement.
• Experience with CRM databases and fundraising platforms.
• Experience working toward and meeting financial targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Comfort with evolving environments and changing priorities.
• Ability to use supporter insight and data to inform work.
• Positive ambassador for CALM and compliant with policies and brand.

Responsibilities

• Supporter engagement and stewardship for CALM's supporter-led fundraisers.
• Develop relationships with supporters across DIY, challenges, in memory, tribute and other supporter-led fundraising.
• Ensure sensitive stewardship for in memory and tribute supporters after bereavement.
• Help develop supporter journeys and fundraising materials using Marketing Cloud.
• Support fundraising activities and events to deliver a brilliant supporter experience.
• Contribute to fundraising targets through relationship management and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with the Fundraising team to deliver objectives and share learnings.
