Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking an engineer to develop pipeline pre-commissioning and commissioning solutions and to establish functional and technical requirements for pipeline systems. The role includes tender documentation support, supplier evaluations, and contract follow-up, with quality assurance and governance throughout commissioning.

Offshore work and travel should be expected, with language proficiency in English and Norwegian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in marine, civil, mechanical or other relevant discipline
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian

Responsibilities

• Development of pipeline pre-commissioning and commissioning solutions
• Establishment of functional and technical requirements for pipeline systems and components
• Assist the preparation of tender documentation and technical evaluation of suppliers
• Follow-up of engineering, construction, and installation contracts
• Quality assurance and technical governance within pipeline commissioning
• Operational support for pipeline assets and systems; travel and offshore work may be required
