We are expanding the AWM strategy team (AWM Office) in Oslo and are looking for a curious, analytically strong and tech-savvy Student Analyst to support strategic initiatives at the intersection of strategy, artificial intelligence and business transformation. AWM comprises Private Banking, Nordea Asset Management and Nordea Life & Pension and serves as Nordea's center of excellence for savings and investments. AWM Office shapes priorities, translates strategy into delivery plans and enables strategic decision-making through evidence-based insights. We also provide high-quality support and advisory to the Business Area Head.

What you'll be doing

As a Student Analyst, you will support the management team with analyses, research and preparation of decision material for the AWM leadership team. You will work alongside a high-performing team and gain insight into how a large Nordic Asset & Wealth Management business is run.

We see this role as a two-way exchange. While you will learn from experienced colleagues, we also welcome you to bring fresh perspectives, challenge assumptions and contribute new ideas. • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
• Experienced in Microsoft tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken

It would be ideal if you also:

• Have experience from student organisations, consulting projects, internships or other relevant extracurricular activities
• Have experience with data analysis, visualisation, research or management reporting
