Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Oslo is seeking a part-time Student Analyst to support the Asset & Wealth Management strategy team. You will assist with analyses, market research and preparing decision materials for leadership, while exploring opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making and productivity.

You will collaborate with a high-performing team, gain Nordic exposure and contribute to strategic projects across savings and investments.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with at least one year remaining until graduation.
Strong academic performance with an interest in strategy, finance & investments, technology or innovation.
Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of structured work approach.
Experience with AI-powered tools for research, analysis or productivity is valued.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct analyses and develop high-quality decision material for strategic initiatives and management discussions.
Support market research, competitor analysis and assessments of industry trends shaping the future of savings and investments.
Contribute to strategic projects across areas such as customer value propositions, digital and innovation.
Use AI-powered tools to analyse information, generate insights, improve workflows and identify new opportunities.
Support developing presentations, reports and communication materials for senior stakeholders and leadership forums.
Assist with workshops, business reviews and management forums.
