Job summary

Nord Pool Services, part of the Euronext Group, seeks a Project and Client Services Associate (12-month VIE) to support Nord Pool strategic projects from Oslo. You will assist with proposals, client requests, events and budget tasks, reporting to the Head of Nord Pool Services.

Successful candidates will have a business/economics/engineering background, internship experience, strong presentation skills and fluent English, with proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, power engineering, technology or a related field.
• Successful first internship or work experience
• Experience in creating reports and presentations
• Motivated by and able to work with a wide range of tasks - no day is the same
• Proven planning, organisational, problem-solving, time management and communication skills
• Team player
• Fluent in English
• Command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in consulting assignments or project management is a plus
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior project managers, senior experts and other team members to support the implementation of Nord Pool strategic projects
• Supporting the preparation of business proposals and presentations
• Assisting with client requests and providing customer support
• Undertaking analysis and desktop research to provide background knowledge for customer-tailored events and workshops
• Supporting the arrangement of events and trainings
• Assisting in administrative and reporting tasks, including preparing client invoices and project budgets
