Job summary

Nord Pool Services in Oslo is seeking a Project and Client Services Associate for a 12-month VIE. Based in Oslo, you will report to the Head of Nord Pool Services and support senior managers on strategic projects, client inquiries, and event coordination.

You will prepare proposals, analyses, and presentations, while handling administrative tasks and budgets. This role requires a proactive, organized, and flexible candidate fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, power engineering, technology or a related field.
• Successful first internship or work experience.
• Experience in creating reports and presentations.
• Motivated by and able to work with a wide range of tasks – no day is the same.
• Proven planning, organisational, problem-solving, time-management and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Fluent in English.
• Command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience in consulting assignments or project management is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrates proactive behaviour.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication and interest in customer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with senior project managers, senior experts and other team members to support the implementation of Nord Pool strategic projects.
• Supporting the preparation of business proposals and presentations.
• Assisting with client requests and providing customer support.
• Undertaking analysis and desktop research to provide background knowledge for customer-tailored events and workshops.
• Supporting the arrangement of events and trainings.
• Assisting in administrative and reporting tasks, including preparing client invoices and project budgets.
