Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a hands-on Project Planner to elevate complex construction projects through disciplined planning, data‑driven insights, and practical tech tools. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to translate plans into actionable priorities on site and remotely.

The role emphasizes owning planning workstreams, developing scalable processes, and coaching peers. Flexible work arrangements are available as part of our hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2+ years of experience on construction projects and knowledge of project planning software and principles.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to influence construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure the project is working to it effectively; mitigate delays and manage commercially.
• Own the outcome: ensure the team’s understanding and focus on the plan, even when facing resistance.
• Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team for long-term impact.
• Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally, and educate clients to improve as well.
