Laminar Projects is seeking a hands-on Project Planner to enhance delivery of complex construction projects through rigorous planning and analysis. You’ll translate insights into a clear, prioritized plan and guide teams on what to do next using planning software and data-driven methods.

You’ll join our Project Planning Team, led by a planning discipline director, owning the plan, driving outcomes, and developing scalable practices that grow both the team and our clients’ success across

Qualifications

A construction engineering background with 2+ years of experience on construction projects and strong Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to influence and lead teams.
Track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that deliver positive impact.

Responsibilities

Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure delivery according to the plan.
Ensure delays are mitigated and managed commercially.
Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency.
Develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
Maximise the development of the team and educate clients to improve outcomes.
