Job summary

Choice Talents LTD is seeking a procurement professional to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle. You will source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services for multiple sites.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with finance for invoicing and payments, while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' proven procurement experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Engineering is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
• Prepare, review, and expedite purchase orders for timely supply.
• Source and evaluate vendors and maintain supplier relationships.
• Negotiate favorable terms and contracts to maximize savings.
• Monitor inventory and ensure availability of critical items.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile invoices and payments.
• Maintain procurement records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support budget planning and cost-control measures.
