Job summary

Choice Talents LTD is seeking a procurement professional to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle. You will source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services for multiple sites.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with finance for invoicing and payments, while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' proven procurement experience.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Engineering is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management.

Requirement

• B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG, Engineering industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in procurement and ERP software.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Professional certification is a strong advantage.
