Job summary

Qualified People AS is recruiting an experienced Senior Purchaser/Contract Administrator for a 12-month engagement to develop and implement Project Framework Agreements across the organisation, coordinating with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.

You will manage ITT processes, NDAs, tenders, and contract administration, balancing strategic sourcing with hands-on execution in a fast-scaling, investor-backed company.

Qualifications

• Solid experience across the full purchasing and procurement cycle.
• Experience with contract administration and strategic partnership work.
• Comfortable with both strategic work and detailed operational execution.
• 12-month contract engagement with an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchase requirements and release timing.
• Manage the ITT process from sourcing to delivery.
• Facilitate purchase requisitions via the Company Administrator.
• Confirm bidders list and NDAs are signed by all participants.
• Issue tenders to the market and manage clarifications (commercial, technical and legal).
• Facilitate shortlisting, negotiation, evaluation and selection on receipt of proposals.
• Lead contract development and award; administer the contract with partners.
• Monitor supplier execution and administer PO-related invoices.
