Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and cost allocation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Payroll accounting experience is an advantage.
• Languages: Norwegian and English.
• Location: Stavanger.
• Work schedule: Full-time.
• Duration: 26/10/2026 – 31/10/2027.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update M&O allocation models in SAP.
• Run the monthly M&O allocation process and record charges and accruals.
• Reconcile payroll, M&O costs, and prepayments balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and issue recharge invoices to stakeholders.
• Maintain M&O master data (cost centers and objects).
• Analyze costs for compliance with agreements.
• Prepare documentation for overhead audits.
• Support internal controls documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and digitalize processes.
