Job summary

IKM Consultants AS in Stavanger is seeking an experienced accounting professional to maintain M&O allocation models in SAP, perform monthly allocations, and reconcile payroll and related accounts.

You will prepare recharge invoices, manage master data for cost centers and objects, support internal controls, and contribute to audits while identifying opportunities to standardize and digitize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and cost allocation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and a good understanding of SAP modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Payroll accounting experience is considered an advantage.
