Job summary

Ikm Gruppen AS is seeking an experienced accounting professional to maintain and optimize Manhour and Overhead cost allocation in SAP, perform monthly allocations, and reconcile payroll and M&O-related accounts in Stavanger.

The role requires a strong background in accounting principles, SAP S/4HANA experience, and advanced Excel skills, with payroll exposure considered an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Stavanger, Norway.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and cost allocation.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and a good understanding of relevant SAP modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
• Payroll accounting experience is considered an advantage.
