Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Labour Relations professional to lead bargaining across multiple jurisdictions and advise on workforce issues. You will build strong relations with unions and employee representatives, guiding investigations and shaping policies in a global matrix organisation.

Fluency in English and Norwegian, deep knowledge of labour legislation, and experience in organising change initiatives are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law, Human Resources or related field.
• Significant Labour Relations and HR experience, including unionised environments.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation, employment standards and health and safety.
• Proven collective bargaining and union negotiations experience.
• Experience supporting organisational change and workforce transitions.
• Excellent communication, consultation and influencing skills.
• The ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a global matrix organisation.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in collective bargaining and union negotiations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain strong, constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives.
• Provide expert guidance on labour relations matters and workforce issues.
• Lead and guide employee cases such as disciplinary or grievance investigations.
• Contribute to labour relations strategies, policies, tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with Crewing and Operations to support workforce change initiatives.
• Ensure collective bargaining agreements remain valid and aligned with operational requirements.
