Job summary

LINK Medical is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner focused on Norwegian labor law and Nordic HR operations. The role combines strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support across Norway and selected European countries.

You will work with senior leaders, support organizational development, and drive people processes in a growing international CRO. The position emphasizes collaboration with the CHRO/EVP HR and requires strong Norwegian language skills plus English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in a broad HR role combining strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Solid knowledge of Norwegian labor law is required; knowledge of Danish labor law is a strong advantage.
• Experience with recruitment systems like Teamtailor or similar.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to managers on leadership and employee relations, organizational development and change management.
• Guide and influence leaders on HR policies, processes and annual HR cycles.
• Lead recruitment processes and further develop use of Teamtailor.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and support organizational changes and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, QAC, and business leaders to ensure compliant people processes.
